Warranty Information

COOLSTIM will be Warrantied under the following Warranty Terms & Conditions.
  1. Stimulator Controller and Signal Generator, Two (2) years warranty against defects in parts, materals and manufacturing.
  2. Ninety (90) Days on COOLSTIM’s Earpiece Electrode.
  3. ALL Warranty Claims must filed online through COOLSTIM Technical Support and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by StimLogic.
  4. No Warranty is offered for cables, accessories, carrying case, Manuals, electrodes, or consumables.
  5. Warranty does not cover damage to or abuse of the Stimulator and Earpiece for any reason.
  6. All Returns are subject to StimLogic, Inc.’s Terms of Service.
  7. Earpiece modules which have been worn or have been removed from Sterile Packaging are Non-Refundable.
  8. Our 15 Day Return Policy does not Include the Earpiece Module unless it is Returned in the Original unopened Sterile Packaging.
  9. No Warranty for components damaged through dropping, abuse, force, water damage, heat damage, mold, mildew, chemical contamination or any other form of adulteration, exposure to harsh environments or mishandling by the user.
  10. Lost or Stolen components may be replaced at StimLogic’s sole discretion.
  11. Postal, Shipping fees for All returns and warranty services will be paid by the purchaser.
  12. No Refund will be given for Original Shipping & Handling Fees.
  13. All Returns will be subject to a replacement fees  of 20% Restocking and cost of the Earpiece $ 125 unless it is returned in its original Sterile Packaging.
  14. If you have purchased our Product Protection Plan and need overnight Shipping of a COOLSTIM Replacement, or replacement of any components, please advise us in the SUBJECT Line of your Support email.
  15.  All purchases covered under our Product Protection Plan are eligible to receive up to 2 COOLSTIM replacements per calendar year.
  16. MANDATORY ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to any contract between a user and StimLogic, Inc.,  or the breach thereof, shall be determined and resolved by arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules.
